The Apache Indians

Frank C. Lockwood was an author and lecturer at the University of Arizona English Department from 1916 to 1941.

The collection contains carbon typescripts of Lockwood’s book The Apache Indians, which includes the author's holograph corrections. Notably, chapter 15 is a holograph manuscript and chapter 14 is missing. The materials are accompanied by portraits and illustrations with holograph notes.
