History of Arizona

Preface to "The History of Arizona"

The History of Arizona is a book written by Joseph Fish, an Arizona merchant and bookkeeper.

The collection contains various portions of the unpublished manuscript in original and carbon typescript, as well as a photocopy; the manuscript relates Arizona history from early history to the 20th century. In addition to general history, it includes chapters on Mormon colonization, native peoples, local history of cities and towns, and pioneers; accompanied by an index.
