George W. Nock, 1843-1922, was a school superintendent at the Colorado River Indian Agency in Arizona Territory in 1887-1889. The collection includes a photocopy of autobiographical manuscript concerning experiences as teacher to the Mojave, 1887-1889. Also includes reprints of published Walker article "Teacher to the Mohaves", excerpted from this material.
