Letter Concerning the Deposit of Naval Training Materials

The Naval Training Indoctrination School was responsible for training over 10,000 men during World War II. The school’s headquarters were located in the Old Main Building on the University of Arizona campus from 1942 to 1945. The collection includes a carbon typescript of an alphabetical roster and correspondence of Lt. Commander William Stuart Nicholas.
