The collection contains a two-page manuscript requesting the Padre Provincial to provide certification of the number of religious at the missions, with endorsement by Juan de Ledesma, Diego Diaz de Pangua, Guillermo de Biris, and Francisco Calderon. The manuscript was written in Mexico City on December 15, 1628.
