Early Arizona construction photograph collection

This photograph collection was donated to Special Collections in 1997 by Betty L. Van Dahm. The photographs in the collection were taken by her parents, who lived and traveled around southern Arizona their entire lives. Her father operated a shovel, then a crane, for several different construction companies in the area, including: Austad Steel and Construction, Chapman and Dyer Steel Manufacturing, and L. M. White. The photographs in this collection include construction photography as well as a few personal photographs.
