Grading of Students at the University of Arizona

The collection was compiled by George F. Herrick, a professor of accounting at the University of Arizona. Herrick’s goal was to analyze the grade report of students from different instructors and evaluate the severity with which different instructors were grading their students from 1928-1929. The collection contains the original typescript report with holograph tables and charts preceded by a letter of transmittal to UA President Homer L. Shantz.
