Helen B. Stevens Papers

Letter to Mother Siddall, July 10, 1906

Helen Bradshaw Stevens was a lecturer on the Southwest, etcher, and designer. She was also the wife of theatrician Thomas Wood Stevens (MS 002).

Collection consists chiefly of personal letters to her friend, Marguerite Griswold (1906- 1948), and to her daughter, Phoebe Stevens Mera (1951-1954). Additional correspondence is with various associates of T.W. Stevens, and concerns her projected book on the history of the Globe Theatre. Typescript notes for that project are also present.
