Minute book of the New England Land Company, 1890

The New England Land Company was a corporation that promoted land development, especially irrigation, in the area of the Salt River Valley, Maricopa County, AZ. The principal stockholder was the Arizona Improvement Company.

The collection contains a holograph record of minutes of meetings of the stockholders and board of directors, 1890 to 1897, and includes copies of articles of incorporation and by-laws.
