Letter from Edward D. Tuttle to His Sister. March 25, 1873

Edward D. Tuttle was an Arizona pioneer, an Army officer of the 4th California Infantry from 1862 to 1865, and author of articles on Arizona history. The collection includes personal correspondence, drafts of articles, photocopies of published articles, and various reminiscences relating to Arizona history and Army experiences, including the Apache campaigns. Correspondence includes letters to his sister during his Army service.
