David Lee Guss is a free-lance photographer from Tucson, AZ. A number of his photographs appeared in his documentary film The Border. This collection contains 8x10" photographs taken chiefly in Arizona from 1967 to 1982. Subjects include Tucson buildings, parades, and people; motion pictures filmed in Arizona; Native Americans in Arizona, including members of the Apache, Yaqui, and Tohono O'odham tribes; scenes and people in U.S.-Mexico border towns, Tombstone, AZ and ghost towns in Arizona and New Mexico.
