William Butler Yeats (1865-1939) was an Irish poet, dramatist, and author. He received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1923.
The collection contains a one leaf manuscript draft of an unfinished, untitled, and unpublished poem, holographed on both sides. The manuscript is written on letterhead printed with a London address: 49 Belsize Park, South Hampstead, N.W. The first line of the poem appears to read "I know of no love but my lord's." The manuscript draft is mounted in frame, with visibility from both sides of the glass and is accompanied by a photostat copy.
