Santa Cruz Commercial Company Articles of Incorporation, April 4, 1906

The collection contains typescript articles of incorporation, by-laws, and minutes of meetings. Board members of the Santa Cruz Commercial Company were H. F. Guerin, John B. Wright, and S. L. Kingan. The collection includes notes on the purchase of the Alto Store and inventory at the Alto Copper Mine, Santa Cruz County, AZ, with monies due to Albert Steinfeld, the President of the Consolidated National Bank.
