England's family lived in Mexico in 1910 during the Revolution. In the 1920s and 1930s, they operated the Alamo Guest Ranch near Magdalena, Sonora, mexico.

Collection includes reminiscences of life at the Alamo Ranch during the 1920s; as well as stories of family experiences during the period of the Mexican Revolution. Includes a floor plan of the ranch house, and a short list of guests at the ranch.
