The collection contains a carbon reporters' transcript of proceedings at the District Court for the State of Arizona of the case Phelps Dodge Corporation (plaintiff) vs. Frank Luke, et al. (defendants), Equity No. 222, on Nov. 5-15, 1935. The case concerned a dispute over assessed valuations of property for copper company property taxes. A partial index accompanies the materials.
