Delgado delinea su meta defendiendo los derechos de periodistas, sus esfuerzos organizando obras de beneficio comunitario y talleres de capacitación, la calidad de programas universitarios de periódismo, sus experiencias con la policia local, y como el APCJ se diferencía de otras organizaciones civiles.
